Yikes, that's pretty scary. I'm having a hard time even visualizing how the oil would get to the wheel and brakes with the fender liner in place, but if you're down 2 quarts that must be what it is. Yes, the oil pump o-ring and crank seal are the 'usual suspects' for oil leaks on that side of the engine, but it's weird it's spraying so far, and also not getting the serpentine belt. I would also check you PCV system right away. To cause such a severe leak I wonder if the crank case isn't getting pressurized or exposed to boost. At least with the leak being so bad, the source should present itself quite quickly after you clean off the engine. You'll need new front brake pads once it's resolved too unfortunately.
