We lost another set of keys/remote for the CSE. I bought a remote from ebay for $15 shipped and (2) key blanks for $12 shipped. I figured I could save a few bucks by supplying my own blanks. I called the place that made my last set and programmed my remote (eKeys4cars in North Andover, MA) and they charge $65 to program a remote and $30 each to cut the keys, whether I supply the blanks or they do. I called another locksmith that can cut "sidewinder" style keys and he charges $25 each to cut them. He's not very close to the other shop so I think I'll just pay more for a one-stop-shop.
What are you guys paying to have keys cut? I have a set of working keys so they don't need to go back to the VIN code, I believe.
