IIRC it's 2 Ohms. 20 years ago I could not find the Saab resistor, it was a factory tool or something. Went ahead and exercised all the connectors in this SRS system in successful effort to avoid another warning light. It didn't come on again while I owned that 92 base model, a very good car by the way. Did all the disassembly without disconnecting the battery, just made sure to wait a while after the ignition switch was off. Helps to have high humidity to minimize static electricity. I don't think these systems are that likely to go off unless you are sparking around with 12 Volts.
At the nearby county fair "day of destruction", they set off dozens of airbags as part of the show, just tap them with 12V as they bang their way around the infield. These guys find more ways to destroy vehicles of all types, for a packed 2 or 3 hour show.
