I'm not getting any heat at all from my ACC2 system ('98 CSE). Well, actually, during warm-up, I get barely warm air (lukewarm) and then it disappears after about 5 minutes. Then it's cold air all the time (AC compressor has been removed a couple of years ago due to a broken mounting bracket). Blender arm works perfectly, it extends and retracts with the temperature setting. I even disconnected it and jammed it in various positions and it does not affect the cabin temperature in the least. I have tried a good ACC2 unit as well, and still, no dice. Doing the calibration/self test reveals 0 faults. Also, both hoses going to and from the heater core get hot to the touch (so, it's getting hot coolant), and flushing the cooling system didn't help either. Any ideas anyone?
