Sorry, but I believe that you will need some cutting and splicing/welding in order to use what I assume is a "universal" catalytic converter. Note that if you live in California (and possibly New York) you might fail inspection if using one of these - check with someone who knows before installing. There are one-piece units available ($$$), such as the one shown at the link below, but even these are suspect in California.
A background question: why do you think that you need a new catalytic converter? If it's rusted out, I understand, but these are typically made of stainless steel and last a very long time. If you are getting a failure message on the oxygen sensor, it might be failure of the sensor and not the cat.
