if the fuse is a 30 amp fuse, and you replaced it with a 40 amp fuse: please remove the 40 amp fuse and put the 30 amp fuse back in! Don't do something like this again unless you want to damage your car. Just trying to help... sorry. Anyway, need more info like which fan is it? Is your car Automatic or manual? Which fuse number are you referring to? What do you mean by swapping relays? Swap positions, or swapped out relays and installed another set of the same type? This and any extra info would be helpful...
