The neutral safety switch is a very likely culprit - it can be defective, or out of adjustment. One test is (make sure your foot is firmly on the brake when doing this!) is to hold the key in the "start" position and move the gear selector from park to drive - if the starter engages at any time, the issue is probably with the neutral switch.
Another thought: you say you replaced the ignition switch - what brand was the part? The quality of many aftermarket parts these days is awful and it may have failed...
