The Nissen radiator is definitely high quality. I've had one in from probably 10 years at this point.

For a small leak you could try the liquid Bar's Leaks product. I know some will disagree, but this generally seems to be considered non harmful and Townsend Imports (one of the early Saab repair shops on the internet with a TON of experience servicing these cars) even recommends it as preventative maintenance, so I wouldn't hesitate to use it. I've used it on other cars and it works well for very small leaks like that and doesn't seem to cause problems.
