It can be a little difficult to tell between the turbo and valve stem seals. Have someone start the car from cold with you behind it, if it's smokes at cold start up it's more likely the valve stem seals. That's a classic test, but I'd google around and do a little more research on this to determine which is more likely though.
Some oil in the hose going into the turbo is normal, so unless it's excessive that's not actually a sign of anything.
For your fuel, if it leak when you fill it completely it's likely an issue with the fill pipe or one of the small hoses coming off it or where they go into the tank. You should be able to tell which one from a close examination.
For your idle stumble and hesitation that could be the DI cassette or a vacuum leak. Check for the latter very carefully.
