If you determine that the pump is, in fact, running, check the grounds for the fuel injectors. The injectors always run "hot" but only fire/pulse when the ECU provides a ground signal. No successful ground then no pulse. The ground(s) for the injectors are located on the alloy intake plenum.They corrode. Then its all dependent on temperature/moisture for successful operation. It is probably best practice to clean these occasionally. Good luck.
