98 9000 CSE, I replaced the fuel pump and filter within the last 3 months. The car will start and run fine when cold, but refuses to start when warm. Checking power at the fuel pump, there appears to be none when it is warm. Does this sound like a ground issue? I've swapped fuses and relays as well, but I'm kinda stumped.
