I have 2 93 9000's Aero and CSE.
Years ago my Aero went into LHM but did not die while driving although hard to keep running when goes into LHM having to keep foot on gas to keep from dying. I took it into dealer before I knew much about TCS. They put in new gold plated connector throttle body, new throttle potentiometer and new TCS valve on false bulkhead. I kept old parts and later checked TB and potentiometer with ohm meter and they both checked out good. I think it was the valve on the bulkhead, I was not happy to figure this out afterward as I don't think I needed the TB & pot but one good thing the dealer told me was to put floss in the open end of the red/white check valve line to keep dirt out of the valve.
My CSE has never gone into LHM even when the vacuum line comes off from PCV, a vacuum line coming off can cause LHM. Occasionally had TCS and ABS light come on but no change in driving. I had an intermittent electrical dropout for years gauges would bounce and headlights flicker if on, but never died. I tightened grounds, it got better but still had dropouts. I then added additional positive battery wire to alternator and additional negative battery wire to ground behind battery inside drivers fender and haven't had any dropouts since.
