The black one (T7) will run the engine but it's not right for the car, in particular knock sensing is reduced. You can use the black DIC in a pinch which is probably why there's one in the trunk. (It's kind of like a donut spare - it will get you going but not really a good idea to run full time.)

I think the Seiko AC compressor uses a different hose set than the Sanden.
