I just replaced this last week on my '94 Aero.
The way I went about it was the following :
1. Remove engine cooling fan (2 screws, undo the 3 hoses to the boost control valve, and a few electrical connectors.
2. Remove the top bolt holding the radiator "sandwich" to the front cross-member. Lift the radiator out of the rubber bushings it sits on, and tilt back to gain some room.
3. Remove both headlights, turn signal lights, and grill.
4. Remove the bolts along the top of each fender holding it in place.
5. Remove the 2 bolts securing the front cross-member to the bumper support (this is tricky if you don't know where they are, because they're facing away from you and there's no good way to put eyes on them. You have to do it by feel), and remove the 2 big torx screws from the top of the diagonal braces. Also, don't forget the 2 bolts located behind each turn signal (4 bolts total).
6. At this point, I was able to shimmy the front cross-member out of the car by pushing the fenders a little to the side and working it towards the front of the car. Once that was more out of the way, I had enough access to extricate and replace the condenser fan.
Reassembly is more or less the reverse, but getting some of the bolts back in is significantly more frustrating than getting them out.
