Yes, DIY. theres a handful of good posts about it online if you search 9000 transmission mount. Just note that after a certain year (93 maybe) the process differs slightly (the parts are all the same...manual or automatic and not expensive.)
You can replace with OE, or aftermarket OE -type....or you can press out, burn out, sawzall out, the rubber that you have currently and press in a polyurethane bush.
most saab parts sell any of these styles...up tp you what you would prefer. I am actually planning on doing this in next month. I went ahead and bought an OE replacement as for my tastes the poly is a little stiff feel on my manual transmission.
will be easier than the lower engine mounts...
