Take a good sized flat tip screwdriver and wrap a cloth around the tip (single layer). Roll the window all the way down. Next, spray a generous amount of silicon spray into the window tracks and spray the cloth that covers the tip of the screwdriver. Use this improvised tool to clean up and down the side tracks a few times. Do the top track too. Afterwards, spray some more silicon in to the tracks. After I did this, my windows rolled up and down almost like new. HTH
