rear calipers - no longer available?
Posted by rob 96 aero (more from rob 96 aero) on Sun, 21 Jul 2019 16:06:17
I almost finished replacing the left rear caliper today, taking it off my parts car. After I had it all back together and ready to bleed the brakes, the bleeder screw snapped off. Argh. I checked several of the big-name retailers, and Eeuroparts, and it's not in stock. I guess I'll be trying an EZ-out on the bleeder screw after lots of PB Blaster. I can probably salvage a bleeder screw from my parts car. I haven't worked on my 9000 in about three years so I didn't realize this was the situation with brake parts.
Take it easy,
