The woodruff key does not have a notch in the pulley to slide down. When I put the pulley on the top of the key, it just rotates down and out as I tighten the nut. It will not stay between the pulley and the shaft. I've tried tapping it in tight to the shaft, glue and even wire ties to keep it from rotating out. No luck.
