There are absolutely no markings on current ecu for me to trace the correct replacement( by part no)
So i will need to send it to a programmer to identify the actual part no , to find correct replacement , or get this one reprogramed ?
The engine firing is missing a beat ,one of the pistons suffer weak/no firing
Diagno says faulty ecu.
Physical check on ecu shows burnt marks on a few pin connection points. Right about middle section of the array of pins.
Will this frustrate effort on re-programming current unit? Or in identifying software version, as it might be hardware failure on the ecu. Not just software corruption?
