96 9000t

Have antifreeze smell after running car that I cannot get rid of

I have changed radiator and heater core, every single hose, and expansion tank cap and even the gasket in the throttle body where the water hoses go in.

the only things I have not replaced are the turbo, water pump, expansion tank.

I can pump up the system with 20psi there are no apparent leaks and it holds pressure

I don't think it is expansion tank cause I would see a loss of pressure or a leak

the smell is lessened if I put on recirculate so not likely heater core, especially since I put in a new saab one a few weeks ago.

I can smell it under the hood after driving the car for a few miles
