Hello,
I have had 2 cars 1 a c900 and 1 a 9000 that would do this when the battery got low. Both of them would turn on the headlights when voltage got low and they would stay on until the battery was completely dead. Now I just pull the batteries out of cars I am not using. Both of those cars would stop if you pulled the big relay. Then would just discharge at a normal rate. Never really looked into it but it is one of the reasons I pull the batteries now. Plus keeping the batteries on a shelf (not a cement floor) with a trickle charger or rotating a charger on them seems to help them last longer. Good Luck, Bernie
