Have you check where the harness for the DIC plugs in next to the battery bracket?
I had the same problem and afterreplacing almost everything you can think of (fuel pump, ignition switch, on and on) and what it was, the 2 Female 4 wire plugs (1 on the harness and one where the harness plugs in. The rubber portion of the female plugs were dry rotted and the metal female plug was not making b good contact. Ordered new female plugs (they come with aproximate 8" of wire) to replace them and since then, have not had the same type of problems. I order them through eeuroparts. Could be you have the same problem that I had.
