Bernie - Thanks for your offer to help. From the images I've seen, I think you are right that the coupler length is different. Maybe too the rubber donut is different.

Bill Homer suggested Neobrothers. They don't have the coupler but Nicholas there has offered to look for one. Now that's customer service!

I found the coupler at Saabklubben, same as Bill, but I couldn't figure out how to become a member or just send an email (my Swedish is nonexistent). If someone has a membership or contact info, I will pursue that option.

I'm losing access to 1st and 2nd so need to get this resolved soon. Thanks for everyone's help.
