Thank you guys. I just wasn’t sure if the four bolts were studs connected to the unit on the other side of the fire wall. So seems I have to take out the battery and the tray and try to pull on the unit to get the studs to move back so that the bracket can slide down. What a pain…
Is there a bearing in the steering bracket piece? I think my steering wheel developed a play which can only be explained by a trashed bearing holding it in place.
