Car is leaning.. Posted by Goblin [Email] (#2224) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Goblin) on Sat, 23 Apr 2022 17:23:26 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
The car is a 1995 Saab 9000 aero. The motor and transmission we're out of it for probably 2 years. So what I'm trying to figure out what has happened. Everything is back in it except for fluids and when you put the car on the ground it's still has a large gap between the front tire and the front fender. So it looks like it has the original springs and shocks
The odometer says 150,000 Miles. I'm assuming the shocks are toast. But do you think if I put new shocks and struts on the car will set like a standard 9000 aero should sit? Or should I go ahead and just put springs and shocks and struts all the way around. I'm also having a hard time finding some lowered springs. The other thing I am finding is a set of standard front springs and heavy duty rear springs for sale in a kit, is there some reason you would want to put a standard spring on the front and then a heavy duty spring in the back? Any help would be appreciated.
