to adjust (as it is called in the ISAT manual) the DTE (Distance To Empty) offset. I think factory offset is 1.5 liters. I would check that the pump is aligned correctly as mentioned. Also, if the tank is deformed, this can also affect the reading. It is also possible that the engine vacuum is slightly deforming the tank. I had this happen before, so I stopped tightening the gas cap after re-fueling to remedy this. Whatever the case, to adjust the DTE you will need an ISAT or TechII.
