Does anybody know exactly what this does? So what I ended up doing was cutting out the ignition tumbler because I was not able to remove it the normal way the key would not turn the quarter inch he needed to go to the right so now I was able to put a different tumbler in. I was able to get the car to start I'm pretty sure I have changed the ignition relay that's at the end of the tumbler but the lights were on after I removed the key so I guess I will change that out again as well and see if that fixes my brake lights and headlights staying on issue.
