Edu going dark question

Can the automatic climate control make the edu start blinking out? I have already had the edu apart and repaired it and for the last 8,9 months it's been working just fine and then all of a sudden yesterday while driving and it was 100° outside it just started blinking quite a bit and it almost seemed like something with the ACC was making the edu blink off and on. And does Paul at the Saab clinic make those repairs I'm also going to email him and ask him that question because I plan on sending him a couple of the speedometer clusters to repair and if he repairs those I'll send him a couple of those as well if anybody knows if he repairs the acc's let me know
