The Sachs disk from an early 9-5 Aero clutch kit looks like it will fit the 9000 OEM 240 mm clutch. I have my 97 9000 Aero up on jack stands currently waiting for me to get motivated to pulls the trans and clutch out to determine my failure. I have an 02 9-5 Aero 5-spd so I ordered up a Sachs OEM clutch kit for it and the discs look identical. 240 mm, 14-spline, 8 mm thick disk. The cost for the kit was less than I could find a 9000 disk for. Too bad the pressure plate is quite different. I'm having a helluva time finding a clutch release bearing. Only knock-offs available. I'd like to find an SKF, but they're out of production.
