Jim you can jumper the connector and run a test mode on the ABS. The dash light will flash in a sequence of 4 digit codes to tell you if there is a problem and what it is. This includes telling you which wheel speed sensor is bad, if that is the case. It's sort of light morse code with the ABS light LOL. The procedure is in the shop manual. ISAT is not required for this.
