I agree with Gepost that the ideal way is to have the toe adjusted so that the alignment is good AND the wheels are straight ahead. You can actually buy a toe gauge for about $40 and tackle this yourself if you feel brave. That said its certainly possible your alignment is spot on and the wheel is still crooked, so it's just fine to pull it off and put it on straight. I've used steering wheel puller tools on older muscle cars that work well. They allow you to pull the wheel off using a ratchet. Works much better than just yanking on it. Any parts store should have one and they're cheap. I've never had the occasion to take my 9k's wheel off so I don't know if it is the same sort of system. Basically a puller should work if the wheel is just held on by a big nut and there is a sturdy shaft collar for it to push against.
