First thing to do is run a diagnostic self-test. Push vent and auto buttons at the same time for 3 seconds until "88" begins flashing.
The ACC will put all of the motors through their range-of-motion tests. After this is complete, you will see a number from 0-3 for how many errors were found- zero is desirable.
Push vent again to get specific error code- you can decipher the code on the Townsend Technical Documents web-site "Townsend Motors"
You may also wish to open the false bulkhead cover on the passenger side which covers up the a/c components and the area also where you replace cabin air pollen filter- from there you can watch to make sure the air temperature mixer lever is not broken. You will see a cable coming from the interior through the bulkhead attached to this little plastic lever that can break. It is possible to get zero errors and have this broken because the motor will be able to move it's complete range of motion if this item is broken. I think you should find your problem here.
