on, see that the fluid level is just above the mark (a small upside down triangle) on the reservoir.
I recall that you have a '95 Aero with TCS (right ?).
The hydraulic level is usually above the mark if the car hasn't been driven for a while and it would lower with your key in the ignition position, you can hear the buzz of the hydraulic pump priming the system.
Then all warning lights for ABS and brakes should go off after maybe 30 seconds or so. At this point, the car says everything in your hydraulics is OK. Try stepping on the brakes HARD with the car idling at rest, does the brake pedal goes down and then slowing sinks if you keep pressure on the brake pedal ? Do this a couple of times, any lights come on ? This is to see if your hydraulic is holding and your master cylinder (or anything else) has a slow pass through.
You also need your mechanic to check all your ABS sensors, make sure they are mounted properly and not damaged.
Do the brakes feel any different before and after this TCS things happened ?
Yes, wiggle your relays, see if that would help, you never know about these things :-P.
