an idea on how much this could cost? I understand we aren't aware of the actual problem, so that's a difficult question, but anyhow... I'll pop the hood tomorrow and check things out. The roadwork wasn't WELL announced, I should be honest... For the past month, they had been working on the sidewalk in front of city hall, with 2 or 3 hashed reflective posts, to the side of the road. I drive through that intersection just about every day, and those signs never moved, ever (I was driving too fast at the time though, trying to catch a yellow light - I did - but I was going 70 km/h in a 50 km/h zone, or 45 mph in a 30 mph zone). Naturally, I didn't pay the signs any attention, as they had not moved (they should have put one up in the middle of the road, or add signs further back, but they didn't) and by the following evening, fresh pavement was laid. If this is going to cost under 200$, I'm not sure I want to go through the hassle of dealing with dumb city clerks...
Ah well, I hope I can get my car back up to snuff soon!
Thanks again!
Rick
