TKC You are forgiven and apologies accepted. Am I ever having fun! Received my car-everything is great. What a pleasure to drive it in America. You have not an idea how difficult it was to navigate central London and try to find a place to hide the car overnight. Santa Fe is a beautiful place and so easy to get around-WITH PARKING!. If a place at home within walking distance to my flat was found , I would leave it for sometimes a fortnight or more just so I would have a place. (a 9000 Saab CS). Here parking is at my doorstep, what a joy. Even got a real driving license not that piece of English cardboard that takes up half of my backpack. American license is no larger than a credit card! Now if we can just have my husband learn to drive, he will also be able to enjoy driving my new Saab and freedom from busses! 30 years old and never driven a car! This seems to astound everyone here when we mention he doesn't drive and never has. The authorities wanted him to go to high school class to learn. He has a PhD in International Finance and I just don't think that will work very well.
Loving our new home in America and all that goes with it. Keep on Saabin as my father and now mother always say( she just became a new Saab owner too-her first one).
Love
