why do you need to buy a car in NY ? Is it a special model ? Aero ? Cali has got to have somewhere you can find the Saab you want. IMO the most special car currently at Roberti's is that dark blue Aero 5 speed (see website inventory) ..Im tempted to go up and trade my 91...or maybe your the lucky buyer?? They have 6 or 8 service bays..and probably a dozen techs..people are people so to some extent the quality of the service could depend on the quality of the tech that works on your car..but thats the same all over. Decades of service advisor experience though..thats a big plus. Ive had much work done on my car there...most has been to my satisfaction. However a squeeking sunroof resulted in the tech lubricating it so much that the spray lube? leaking down and staining the already aging headliner..it already looks like crap so what the hell. The heater core replacement job was a little sloppy ,missing fasteners..hasty tape up job of the wire harness..little things that just bug you..but Im self admittedly anal about those things..again..maybe I got a tech having a bad day. Overall thumbs up for Roberti, and what a great inventory !!!! Saabville, NY , USA
