SOS! Rough idle/stalling when hot

Today saw my most embrassing car experience in my 15 years of car driving history.
My 93kt literally stopped in the middle of one of the busiest intersactionss in Hong Kong (easily, the world) due to rough idle and shaking in taking off. I finally re-started the car and managed to move it to a less crowded street and then the temperature shot up close to the red line.
I stopped the car, turned on heat, opened the hood. When it cooled down, things went back to normal. The idle is smooth again.
So the question is: What should I check to solve this rough-idle-when -getting hot problem? Anything else than vacuum lines?
I have new DI, new hooter, and new filters, and plugs.
