Warning! Frustration venting...

ACK!!! Just when you got her running really nicely, along comes another problem. I started my '86 9kt up this morning (after brushing off the unseasonable for Nashville snowfall), and brub-brub-brub-rrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
If it's not another bloody exhaust gasket leak! With the engine running, I opened the hood and felt around for escaping exhaust, and sure enough, it was coming from _underneath_ the turbo. I just had the gasket that fits between the turbo and the manifold (and the manifold to head gasket as well) replaced not more than a year ago. So it seems unlikely to me that this one should fail so soon; unless the shop I took it to (I don't have the proper pneumatic tools to get in there to do it) botched the job. The other possibility is that the casing around the exhaust turbine is cracked or broken. How likely is this, though? I've not ever hear of that happening, but I could always be the first.
Anyhow, I'm taking the car over to Anderfields here in Nashville. They seem to know what they're doing (more than any other shop I've been to - including the dealer), so I'll let them have a try at it. I need to have them press out the top motor mount anyways. It's too bad I have to move next week, or I'd do it myself. But alas, at the moment, I'm longer on money than spare time (a rare occurance for me).
