I recently put one in 97CSE. Velcroed it on. Also did not want to drill. The device seems to be of high quality materials. A good way to get an arm rest and cup holder. I was a little concerned about the "industrial" look in this upscale car. But it looks pretty good. The arm rest color itself is almost an exact match to the leather interior. I am pleased that I put it in.
