Let me describe this problem a little better. The car allows fresh air into the cabin (via dash vents) while under way and the ACC system is in the off position. I even turned the system on, hit the recirc. button and then turned the system off. No change. I have the dash vent knobs turned to the closed position as well. The reason I think the air is from the outside is that it is coming in at about 20 degrees while the cabin temperature is around 70 degrees (it is kind of cold here in Chicago). Also, this may be related. In the morning, I have noticed a fog on the inside of my windshield and it is only on the driver's side. I smell coolant as well. Are these problems related? The vent flap, is located in front of the glove box? I can access it there? Much thanks.
