This subject has always bothered me. It seems that this equates to big $$, in that our warranties expire much sooner. 10% off means that Saab (or other manufacturers) are cheating us out of 10% of our waranty entitlements. An argument could be made that owners might install higher profile tires, thereby cheating Saab, but I doubt that this is common enough to bias the manufacture's stance of calibrating their cars such that they read 10% high.
Any lawyers out there want to comment on whether a class action suit could be filed? NOTE: please don't blast me as wanting to attack Saab, this beef is with any manufacturer who misleads.
