It should be aligned after the strut is replace. Toe in is the only thing that can be readily changed. You can eyeball the alignment, set the steering wheel straight ahead, from 8-10 feet in front of the car compare from side to side how the wheels tilt in at the top. Should be the same. Sight along the side of the front tire and measure how far the sight line is outside of the rear wheel, should be about .6 +- .3 in. I've used a lazer pointer for this with good results. Set the lazer on something about a foot high and have the beam just graze the sides of the front tire, then measure how far the beam is from the side of the rear tire.
