Below your seat heater switches is cabin air temperature sender.It contains a temperature sensor with a fan behind it to move air over the sensor.The circular grill of the sensor pulls off from the front but the device must be removed from the rear. The ACC unit needs to be pulled out of the dash by using a small lever to pry it started outof the dash then it can be pulled out.Disconnect the ground on the case and then the plug to the ACC unit.Then just reach in thur the ACC opening and pull the air temp sensor from the dash,and then disconnect it's plug.You can now wash off the sensor and fan and when dry lube the fan bearing with WD-40 or similar product . Then connect to it plug and see if the fan is quite again if not it needs to be replaced.
