At the risk of showing my ignorance: I do not know of an actual spec for the pressures. There are so many variables that affect the pressures. Especially when setting it up in a garage. I do the test with an additional fan in front of the radiator to assist the cooling fans. When the engine speed is increased to around 3000, I like the low side to stay above 15 PSI .
I am uncomfortable if the high side goes above 250 PSI. (must stay below 300)
