Guys, those are some sweet deals. I have two. Maybe not as sweet, but sweet nevertheless. A year ago, I picked up a '88 SPG, all original, never in an accident or paints. It just have a bad tranny. I paid $450. Since I rebuild trannies, I put one in and drop aero wheels on it. The car looks drop dead gorgeous(sp). At the end of the day, the car only cost me about $1,000. That includes other misc. items. Not bad. When I tell my friends how much I paid, they flip. Secondly, I brought a '89 900 turbo, four door(rare). It was a automatic and have around 150k on her. The body is mint, never hit or painted. I paid $1,500. I still have it. She has 206k on her. The tranny is orginal and she still shifts smooth. Good figure.

Lastly, I think getting a steal is sometimes better then sex. It lasts longer, and whenever you think about how much you paid, you will quietly smile. But keep in mind that in life there are always two sides. One, you are getting off like a bandit and the other you are getting rapes like a frail prisoner in a cell block with lifers. I had my share of crappy deals. What are you going to do. That is life.
