I've had this problem recently, and I replaced the 15 amp fuse with a 30 amp fuse (I know this may cause the wiring to overheat, but the current draw is still within the limits of the wiring and for a short time). That took care of the blown fuse and it's been working fine eversince... 15 amp is very low considering what gets powered through that circuit.
I've since replaced the fuse with a 25 amp and it's been working fine as well... I will go down to 20 amp and see if that holds...
I don't believe there is a danger of fire since it's not a prolonged current drain...
Regards,
Bogdan
