the battery for about a half hour or so. this should drop the code from memory on the CD -got me that isn't my suite. Is the radio ok? if it doesn't work then the security code has triggered and nothing will work. Sometimes if the batery goes completely flat it triggers the security code in the radio and one must reinstall the code then every thing works fine. After disconnecting the battery this will be the case anyway and maybe it too will be fixed. Gud Luk
