a dealer or any Saabnet sponsor, either way, it costs about $35 or so. If you don't have the newer cable go get one and the rest are somewhat obvious (read on).

I would surmise you have a '91 or '92 vintage 9K with the older DI.

You need to remove the old wire harness from the connectors. The connectors are bit hard to separate but use the best way possible, a pair of small screw drivers did the trick for me but not without scarring the connector, but who's looking :-). Maybe some WD-40 would help. Don't use too much brute force if the connectors are brittle with heat and old age.

I found it helpful to pull the connectors off the support plate first. The connectors are sitting by the battery. Depending whether you have a turbo or not, there are I think 3 or 4 similar looking connectors push-fit mounted on the vertical support plate by the battery. The DI cable connects to two of these grey coloured connectors.
