If you can turn a wrench, you are better off doing it yourself. It doesn't matter whether you use Zerox, Prestone or the expensive Saab or Mercedes anti-freeze. Pre-mix with distilled water. I flushed my 87 9000S last year. I put in the Prestone Flush and ran that for 20 minutes. I drained and refilled with tap water. Ran it until operating temperature, stopped and drained it again. Filled with tap water and ran one more time to operating temp before draining. I replaced my thermostat and filled with two gallons of distilled water. Ran to operating temp, stopped and drained. Filled with pre-mixed Prestone and distilled water. The Prestone was less than $6 and the distilled water cost me less than $4. The rest was my time. Screw the dealer, if they want to be that way.
