is it through a dealership?
'cause I called them this morning and they were like..."uh you must have hit something so you're going to have to call you insurance company"
I of course then had to go to work and haven't had a chance to call them back, but I will try that. I don't want to sound crazy, but can't this almost be a NTSB kinda thing? I mean, people have been seriously injured because airbags deployed prematurely. I know a girl that had both of her legs snapped to form a nice clean break at the thighs from it. The way I see it (and this is just my opinion), you don't want an airbag coming out unless the possiblily of injury from collision out weighs the possibly of injury from an airbag, hence the approx. 35 MPH speed required to deploy. This was like 10 MPH and I had a full system trip. I'm not mad about that, but I am concerned; say I had a '94 with the pass. airbag and someone was sitting there and wasn't as lucky as I was to be sitting that far back (though saab has the seats far back to begin with)....perhaps a child?? Anyways, sorry for the rant.
Thanks for the insight,
Joseph
